Mary Meyer School’s 2024 Online Bidding opens on Friday, May 17, 2024. This is open to all bidders, friends and families of Mary Meyer School!
Be sure to place bids as soon as possible and if there is something in particular that you like, you can purchase it immediately by choosing Buy It Now. Items that you are interested in you can set to “watch” and Auto-Bid and set your Max Bid. Bidding closes on Friday, May 24, 2024 at Noon CST.
There are exciting items as well as teacher wish list items. You can also make an unrestricted tax-deductible donation directly to Mary Meyer School, a non-profit organization.

If you are new to iBid online auctions, click the Sign In button at the top right of the homepage. Enter your mobile number, choose “next” and enter your necessary contact and credit card information and click “register”. You will receive a text notification to confirm your registration as well as a custom link that will take you to your account.

Choose “All Items” button to view items or click on individual categories to view available items by interest.
You can keep track of your bids by clicking the “MY ITEMS” button at the top right of the screen.

Do I need to register if I would like to bid?
Yes, while everyone is invited to browse or search through auction items, if you see something you would like to bid on, you must first register. Registration is free and just takes a few minutes!
Why do I need to register with iBid?
By registering with IBid, you will be allowed to participate in the Mary Meyer School auction and you will be providing us with valid contact information so that we may contact you regarding delivery of your auction purchases.
How do I register?
It is easy to register. To complete the registration process, you will need to provide information such as your email address, full name, address, mobile number, and valid credit card.
What is a 'maximum bid amount'?
Your maximum bid amount is the highest price you are willing to pay for an item. You should determine beforehand the most you are willing to pay for an item and then enter a single bid at that amount in the Bid field. Once you key a ‘maximum bid amount’ the system will bid on your behalf up to your maximum bid amount. Only at the time that someone exceeds your ‘maximum bid’ will you be notified. The top of your items screen will display the current winning value for each item you’ve bid upon. An early bid supported by a higher maximum bid amount can make you a winner!
Can I increase my maximum bid after I've placed a bid?
Yes, you can increase a Maximum Bid amount after you’ve placed your bid. If your maximum bid amount has been outbid, you will be notified via text or by viewing the My Bids screen. Please note that you can only increase a Maximum Bid amount, you cannot lower a Maximum Bid amount. The Maximum Bid amount should the most you're willing to pay for the item.
Where can I monitor my bidding activity?
You can monitor all your bidding activity from within the IBid application My Bids screen – it is also available at the top of the all items display.
How will I know if my bid is no longer winning?
When your Maximum Bid has been outbid you will receive text message. We do suggest that you also check your My Bids screen.
When will I be charged for my order?
When the auction closes, an order will be generated for the winning bidder. It is at this time that an authorization for capture is taken on your registered credit card.
How will I receive an item?
Winning bidders will receive their items via email from Mary Meyer School or we will contact you to make arrangements to pick up physical items from the schoolhouse. Please note that there will be an additional charge should you need to have an item mailed to you.
